In 2025 The Ministry of Education created a set of operating standards and procedures for all RTLB clusters in Aotearoa, for service consistency. There are slight changes to how we our support will look this year, in terms of the detail provided in our Requests for Support (R4S), the timeline for providing support, the RTLB providing support across schools and how we show that our support has considered sustainability and mana motuhake.
