Request for Service (RFS)

As a SENCo your understanding around this RTLB tool needs you to have gone through discussions with your liaison RTLB after teacher/whanau share concerns. Having come to an agreement that this is a ‘case’ for an individual student / group of students / individual school / project, then a Request for Service can commence. All parties should understand and have had those discussions and consent gained.
